Well it might have been a long time coming this year but summer is now most definitely in the city and this was also the theme of our joint stand at kbb LDN 2013, with Pro Publishing who produce Utopia Kitchen & Bathroom and Designer Magazine.

| With a turfed stand, wooden picnic benches, troughs of fragrant lavender and traditional picnic hampers ; - we were all set to soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail or two from Zip Taps who also formed part of the stand. |

|
| On display, along with a Wolf ICBDF486CG dual fuel range, Sub-Zero ICB424FS free-standing wine storage unit and the world’s first carbon fibre fridge, I was Sub-Zero’s newest addition, the ICBBI-36UFD French door model. With two 457mm refrigerator doors above a 914mm pull out freezer drawer including an automatic icemaker, the two narrower doors are perfect for when space is an issue or where an island is placed near to the fridge/freezer. Equipped with Sub-Zero’s advanced food preservation technology including the Air Purification system and dual compressor system, Sub-Zero’s French door model is the perfect solution for design led, high performance food preservation. |

| And of course ‘Old Reliable’, Sub-Zero & Wolf’s most lovable service truck was on hand, stoically carrying 30,000 free copies of Designer magazine that were handed out to the lucky stand visitors – and that was quite some weight! |
 |
‘Old Reliable’ is an original 1950’s Chevy truck, found neglected in an old barn in Madison, Wisconsin, USA; the home of Sub-Zero & Wolf and was one of the first Sub-Zero service trucks. We brought her home and fixed her up and now she attracts lots of attention (and photographers!) wherever she goes!
Meet her next at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 12th-14th July www.goodwood.co.uk |
